Supporting others with their Health and Wellbeing is my dharma - my life work. Having spent a lengthy time living in the Himalayan Hills, I came back to the UK with a vow to keep what the masters and mountains had taught me. I was drawn to study massage and signed up to a Swedish Massage course - Ilearnt a solid foundation.
Since my Swedish Massage in early 2018, I completed a refresher in 2023 and have had Holistic Massage and Deep Tissue training here in Gloucestershire. I hold three certificates and am an insured therapist. I am now intertwining my current Ayurvedic course into my holistic treatments. Please note: Signature Ayurvedic treatments will be available on completion of my training.
